From aesthetics to reiki to wellness retreats

Alongside my treatments at Enhance Of Cheshire I also run Retreats. My first retreat was held in 2021.

I bring my previous experience as an events planner to the retreats, my ability to bring people together and most importantly my Reiki healing. The weekends away I offer are either super grounding and relaxing yoga retreats or high energy fitness retreats.

I work along side these fabulous female business owners to bring you the best weekends:

Helen Fenton – Yoga Teacher and Women’s Wellness Practitioner for all of our relaxation and wellbeing weekend retreats. 

Alex Walker – Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer, and Stacey Cummings – Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer for our fitness & wellbeing weekend retreats.

I'm Tracy Bradbury

My joy of reiki was discovered many years ago when I wanted to relax and remove anxiety from my life. After my first treatment I was hooked.

My professional journey with Reiki Healing began in 2019 when I trained in Reiki Level 1.

From there I rapidly continued my studies and gained a Eastern and Western advanced practitioner qualification in Reiki healing during the same year. 

I have been running retreats since 2021 when I took my love of Reiki and channelled it into meditation and relaxation evenings delivered throughout the northwest and providing treatments to more than 2000 people during this time. 

My journey to Reiki Master teacher was during 2023. 

There’s nothing more that I love then to do to help people to heal and find spiritual balance in their lives.

Helen is a 600 hour yoga teacher with extra qualifications in Trauma, Pregnancy & Postnatal, Massage, Womb Therapy, EFT and Menopause.

A constant student of holisitics she is constantly bringing new magic to her teachings. Helen’s yoga style is ‘intuitive somatics’, you will be invited to move your body in a way that feels good to you.

Helen integrates many of her holistic practises into the yoga sessions; so expect to experience some Qi Gong, Self Massage, Embodiment and even some EFT.

There is no one size fits all! You can use blocks, blankets and breath to make yoga more nourishing and fulfilling. You will never be asked to do anything that feels uncomfortable to you. Helen (and the other hosts) want you to be encouraged to join them in honouring our bodies, minds and souls, together.

Alex Walker

Alex is a qualified sports massage therapist and personal trainer specialising in strength training for women in their midlife and founder of the MenoLift®️ programme, which has been formulated specifically for women in (peri)menopause.  

Her fitness specialisms include kettlebell training, resistance training, strength training and bodyweight exercise.

Stacey Cummings

Stacey Cummings

Stacey is a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer qualified in both pre & post natal specialisms and exercise in youths.

She specifically focusses on small group training and personal training centred around strength, cardio, fat loss and increasing muscle mass.

Stacey enjoys bringing fitness to the local community and making it accessible for all fitness levels.
